Unleashed (shoppes@dogsactually) hosts Third Party Sellers to offer you more options in making your purchases. Third Party Sellers may have Shipping Policies that differ from Unleashed's. Please read these policies carefully prior to your purchase.
Third Party Seller Shipping
When you order from a seller that fulfils and ships its own inventory (also called a third party seller), your order will be shipped from the seller instead of Unleashed. While most sellers offer a shipping policy equivalent to Unleashed's, some seller shipping policies may vary. You can view the Seller's return policy before you purchase an item by viewing the Shipping Policy section of the Seller's profile (product) page.
Unleashed Shipping Policy (for items sold by Unleashed Private Limited)
Unleashed uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time.
Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information (if available).

Eligible products are those on the store which have special messaging ('Want it on ...') on the product pages advising we will ship your product the day you place your order, once it is placed in the correct time frame.
Place your order before 12 noon and enjoy same business day shipping on eligible products (upon credit approval).
Orders placed after 12 noon are shipped the following business day. Payment must also be approved by noon for items to qualify.
Customised products are not eligible for same day shipping.
The delivery address on the order must be accurate.
If there is an unexpected demand for a product, the shipment could be delayed.
While Unleashed will make all reasonable commercial efforts to meet its "same day" shipping commitment, Unleashed cannot guarantee to do so. Same day shipment means your order will leave Unleashed on the day the order is placed. Delivery times vary according to location. Particularly, the following postal codes will require extra time for the shipment to reach its destination:

When can I expect my order?
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. This is automatically calculated based on distance from the warehouse location to your address.
Delivery will take 1-3 business days after the order has shipped. All delivery lead times are estimated.
What time will my order be delivered?
For orders shipped to a residential address, deliveries are normally made between 10:00am and 10:00pm Monday to Saturday.
For orders shipped to an office address, deliveries are normally made between 10:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays declared by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower.
For orders that are shipped for a pre-selected time that is convenient for you, you can expect your delivery shipped by our choice carrier at the time specified in one of the time windows as follows:
Unleashed and its carriers are unable to provide an exact time of delivery. Our carriers cannot make a call prior to delivery.
Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home?
For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternative address such as your office address. If you choose to deliver to your office, please include the business name in the shipping address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception. Delivery to a PO Box is not permitted for security reasons.
Signature on delivery
Our shipments may contain valuable products for your dogs and you. If you will not be home to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping your product where someone you trust will be able to sign for your package. For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your office address. If you choose this option, please include the name of your business in the address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception or the Mail Room. Delivery to a PO Box is not permitted for security reasons.
I need to change my shipping address.
If you have not yet received your shipment notification you can amend your details online via our Self Service website (an account is required). If you are unable to modify your shipping details here, please contact the Unleashed Customer Service at email@example.com.
If your order is already in transit, please write to Unleashed Customer Service and indicate your new shipping address. Unleashed will make the necessary arrangements to ship your order to your revised address. Fees may apply.
I will not be home on the scheduled delivery date.
As our carriers require a signature on delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card if you are not at home. Unleashed may also send you an email advising that our carrier was unable to deliver your order. You can then contact the carrier directly to schedule a new delivery appointment or alternatively amend your delivery address (fees may apply).
What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?
In case of any problems with your delivery, Unleashed will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement. If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please contact Unleashed at firstname.lastname@example.org.
